Founded by one of the area’s most incredible fitness instructors, Jen Ayres, The Studio by Innutra offers a variety of group classes 6 days a week. Classes include Boot Camp, Yoga, Spin, Barre, Zumba, Lift, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), and on Fridays come join Jen for “Class with a glass” and enjoy a complimentary glass of wine after a Barre class!
